Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Chotto Matte Studio, we care about your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window.

🔄 Return & Exchange Terms

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us at store@chottomattestudio.com before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

🌍 EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you're entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel or return your order without justification.

Item must be returned in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
